We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter to join our Human Resources team to support the hiring process for our Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) and Manufacturing clients. This role will focus on sourcing, interviewing, and closing the position within time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical, engineering, operational, and administrative roles within the EPC or Manufacturing sectors.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing strategies, Job portals, Linkedin, including job boards, social media, networking events, and direct outreach, to identify and engage top talent.
- Candidate Screening & Interviews: Conduct initial screening calls and interviews to assess candidates’ technical abilities, cultural fit, and alignment with the company’s values and goals.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, define candidate profiles, and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Job Postings & Market Research: Create and post detailed job descriptions on relevant platforms and conduct market research to stay current on industry trends and competitor talent pools.
- Follow-ups : to schedule interview & take follow-up till joining
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 years to 10+ years of experience in recruitment, specifically in the EPC and/or Manufacturing sectors.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the EPC or Manufacturing industries, including roles related to engineering, construction, procurement, project management, and manufacturing operations.
- Recruitment Skills: Proven ability to source, interview, and place candidates for a variety of roles across different levels (entry-level to senior management).
- Technical Understanding: Familiarity with technical and engineering roles within the EPC and Manufacturing industries, with the ability to assess candidates’ qualifications effectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
