Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and assess candidate suitability against client requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and candidate evaluations.
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Prepare candidate summaries and profiles for client submissions.
- Support senior consultants in managing recruitment assignments.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.

Qualifications
