Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete recruitment life cycle for mid to senior-level hiring assignments.
• Understand client requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Source, assess, and engage high-quality talent across industries.
• Conduct competency-based interviews and candidate evaluations.
• Prepare detailed candidate assessments and client presentations.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Drive leadership hiring and niche recruitment assignments.
• Mentor and guide junior recruiters.
• Track recruitment metrics and ensure timely closure of positions.
• Maintain market intelligence and talent mapping insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (MBA preferred).
• 5–10 years of experience in recruitment consulting, executive search, or corporate talent acquisition.
