- Prepare detailed candidate assessments and client presentations.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Drive leadership hiring and niche recruitment assignments.
- Mentor and guide junior recruiters.
- Track recruitment metrics and ensure timely closure of positions.
- Maintain market intelligence and talent mapping insights.
